1. Meet
Our first conversation with Lisette was in the summer of 2018 when she was looking for a new supplier for a new faux fur coat for winter. Lisette encountered many difficulties due to her lack of regular exposure to international trade. She realized that one person could not accomplish this task.
2 Build trust
So Lisette reached out to us and showed us her design manuscript. She wanted to make a coat out of artificial mink hair. Due to the uneven quality of artificial fur, the price is also very different. Lisette wanted to make a coat with a high-quality artificial fur that felt soft to the hand and did not shed easily.
3 Sourcing
At Lisette's request, we looked for five different quality furs on the artificial fur market, and their prices differed several times. When Lisette saw a sample of the artificial fur we had sent, she put it on a quality test. And the color and density of the fur were determined.
4 Modify the design
After Lisette had finalized the fabric of the artificial fur, we continued to search for a fur garment factory for her. Finally, with the help of the head of the garment factory, Lisette revised the fur design manuscript. Let the fresh coats be better able to mass-produce. This is a very important step.
5 Apparels Sample Production
After the processing fee and delivery time were determined by the garment factory, they began to make samples.
6 Sample approval
Lisette received three samples of faux fur coats with different details. They have minimal differences. After much deliberation, Lisette chose one of them as a standard sample for large-scale production.
7 mass production
On behalf of Lisette, we signed a procurement contract with the garment factory, which began to produce large goods. After the completion of the large goods, we will conduct a quality inspection. When the quality check is finished, we will assist Lisette in international shipping.
8 Order completion
Lisette received all the goods, and she was happy. Because with our help, global sourcing has become so easy.
